Bob Fox - CEO of Creative Office Solutions
Mr. Fox is a true veteran of the office equipment industry and a lifelong entrepreneur. Having started several companies, his last venture - Laser Life Inc. - was sold in 2007 to Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Fox's commitment to customer loyalty made him a champion in the Customer Service sector and a 6-year receipient of the Consumers Choice Award in Atlanta. Embracing the environmental concerns, Mr. Fox established one of the first companies to create a recycling concept to address toner and plastic waste associated with laser printing technology. A true competitor, with a sense for making the customers happy, while creating an engaging work environment, are his trademarks.

Kelly Swing - Talent Management Executive for Creative Office Solutions
Motivating successful teams to create exceptional customer experiences drive Kelly as a Professional. During her 15+ years of advancement within the Office Equipment Products Industry, she has excelled in all aspects of business operations and employee development, most notable as the V.P. of Operations at Laser Life Inc. Kelly's passion for business and relationship integrity has been the foundation of her past achievements and culminated into the position with Creative Office Solutions. As much as her teams and customers learn from her, Kelly has always learned from them in return which makes her a perfect fit for the expanded role of Talent Management Executive. Maintaining flawless execution and reliable quality in both products and services to all clients, and employees alike, are her two main goals currently at COS.

Bruce Marden - Director of Marketing and Creative
Bruce joined Creative Office Solutions with over 35 years Marketing, Branding and Creative Services background. Bruce was the primary owner of an Ad agency as well as his own Design/Photo studio. In addition to his Marketing and Creative background, he has 4 years with Laser Life, Inc. as their Director of Marketing. He has worked on accounts such as: McKesson, Celotex, Delta Airlines, Sewell Plastics, Royston LLC, Rexham Industries, Harley-Davidson and other notable clients. Bruce works closely with Bob Fox and The Creative Office Management Team to develop the Marketing, Branding and Creative strategy for COS and then implements the creative and production.

Alex Alampi - Director of Logistics and Production
With over 20 years of experience in the toner industry, Alex is considered an expert in his field. Beginning in 1990 at NER Data Products, he began his career as a QC technician analyzing the properties of high-speed toner during the production process. That experience carried over to the cartridge recycling industry and in 2001 he moved to Atlanta. Alex is also a qualified Total Quality Management facilitator and an avid fisherman.
With over 20 years of experience in the toner industry, Alex is considered an expert in his field.
