Service Technician

Position Summary:
Creative Office Solutions is one of the fastest growing Office Equipment dealers in GA. Continued growth has created exciting opportunities for energetic, motivated Copier / Printer Technicians who will be responsible for on-site repair and maintenance of digital copiers, fax, multifunctional and connected digital products.

We seek a customer-service oriented individual, with copier / printer experience, to service our customers.

Training / Qualifications:

• Individual must be good with problem solving skills
• Ability to trouble-shoot mechanical faults
• Ability to read diagrams, and follow systematic repair guides

• The Field Service Technician will handle the repair of copier/fax/printer and the preparation and delivery of equipment (using Company Truck)

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers
• Driving a box truck when needed for delivery
• Trouble shooting and repairing, performing preventative maintenance

Qualifications:

• Common knowledge of the Atlanta area required

• Good communication skills
• Computer Use
