Bob Fox – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fox is a true veteran of the office equipment industry and a lifelong entrepreneur. Having started several companies, his last venture – Laser Life Inc. – was sold in 2007 to Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Fox’s commitment to customer loyalty made him a champion in the Customer Service sector and a 6-year recipient of the Consumers Choice Award in Atlanta. Embracing the environmental concerns, Mr. Fox established one of the first companies to create a recycling concept to address toner and plastic waste associated with laser printing technology. A true competitor, with a sense for making the customers happy, while creating an engaging work environment, are his trademarks.
Carlyn Wilkins – Controller/Chief Financial Officer
Carlyn Wilkins has managed the financial activity of Creative Office Solutions for 6 years. She worked for Laser Life and has over 20 years experience with Mr. Fox. Ms. Wilkins has extensive knowledge of the company’s software and business objectives. In addition, she is responsible for supervising HR, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Purchasing and maintaining Inventory controls. Carlyn leads by example and is one that rolls up her sleeve to get the job done.
Carlyn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Clem DeMatto – Vice President of Production
Clem has been in the imaging industry for over 25 years. His experience includes, production, Quality Control and Research and Development. He has also worked in sales for many years on both the component side as well as finished goods side of the industry. He was a regional sales manager at Future Graphics for 10 years. Clem is responsible for bringing our toner success rate to over 99%, which is as good as any in the industry. His experience in all areas of the imaging industry, makes him the perfect person to liaise with both our sales team and our customer base. Clem is the top gun in our toner lab; where he is constantly analyzing raw materials to achieve original equipment of the manufacturer performance in page yields and print densities for both new products and those we already produce. Ali Hoad – Logistics Manager
Ali Hoad has worked her way up in the IT industry for nearly 8 years now. She started off as a Business Dev Manager and was promoted to a Territory Account Manager position. Now she is the Logistics Manager at Creative Office Solutions. Previously, she worked as an account representative for Bob Fox, and gained an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ expectations and it is her team’s job to evaluate all of our products and make sure our customers are seeing the most return on their investment in us. As the Logistics Manager, she ensures that our customers come first. Orders are handled in the most efficient manner, with quick turnaround times and delivery with a smile. She works closely with our Service Team, Accounting Team, and our Sales Team to tackle every customer’s order and make certain they are receiving the best pricing, best quality, and fast delivery from the COS team. At COS, the customers are always the #1 priority.
Neil Calvin – Service and Operations Manager
Neil Calvin has spent three years in the industry and 30 with an interest in all things technological. He brings to bear years of educational and professional experience across a broad array of disciplines, and employs these skills to control the operations of our service team. Neil coordinates the service techs’ call schedules, ensures parts are readily available, trains new technicians, performs the monthly contract billing, and provides various forms of remote and onsite technical support to customers. He’ll always do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer happy.
Shahana Najam – Director of Marketing and Design
Shahana Najam has designed everything from a brand identity and infographics for a CDC team to print and digital catalogs for a company here in Georgia. She was also involved in the design and completion of Cobb County’s current academic website. Recently, she re-designed a website for a non-profit called Keely Foundation which helps young adults fight drug addiction and participated in a Hackathon to design a brand identity for a startup called Bluebuddi which helps college students feel safer when traveling alone. As a Creative Office Solution’s employee, Shahana has worked on a diverse number of marketing and design projects with a modern aesthetic in her work. She manages and designs our email campaigns, maintains our social media presence, and lead the launch of our new website which she continues to update. She is also responsible for designing our proposal folders, cartridge labels, presentation materials, coupons, etc. She ensures that Creative Office Solutions looks just as good online and on paper as they are in real life.
