Bob Fox – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fox is a true veteran of the office equipment industry and a lifelong entrepreneur. Having started several companies, his last venture – Laser Life Inc. – was sold in 2007 to Pitney Bowes Inc. Mr. Fox’s commitment to customer loyalty made him a champion in the Customer Service sector and a 6-year recipient of the Consumers Choice Award in Atlanta. Embracing the environmental concerns, Mr. Fox established one of the first companies to create a recycling concept to address toner and plastic waste associated with laser printing technology. A true competitor, with a sense for making the customers happy, while creating an engaging work environment, are his trademarks.
Joyana Alterman – Customer Service Manager
Joyana has been with Creative Office Solutions since the establishment of this company. She is extremely resourceful and excellent at managing client relationships. She manages our customer service team to ensure that all clientele needs are met at the least and all questions are addressed. If Joyana can't answer your question, she'll be sure to connect you with someone that can. Along with her wealth of knowledge, Joyana also brings a positive attitude and some of the best customer service in town to COS.
Zach Fox – Service Manager
Zach Fox has been working with the COS team since 2015. He ensures that all service calls placed by metro Atlanta businesses are processed within 4 hours or less. With his background in IT and a team of certified technicians in printing/copying equipment, him and his team are able to assess problems and resolve them in an efficient manner. He provides customers with impeccable customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of COS customers.
