Job Title: Delivery Driver

About Us: Creative Office Solutions (COS) is a leading provider of copier and printer repair, sales, and service solutions in the Metro Atlanta and Marietta areas. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Safe Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport office equipment, including copiers, printers, and other related items, to and from client locations within Metro Atlanta and Marietta.

  2. Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading equipment onto and from delivery trucks, ensuring the proper handling and secure placement of items.

  3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment, including serial numbers and conditions, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

  4. Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.

  5. Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption while meeting delivery schedules.

  6. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including checking oil, brakes, and tire pressure, and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

  7. Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself, equipment, and others on the road.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Metro Atlanta and Marietta areas.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
